How It Works: 3 Simple Steps

Refer: When you meet a real estate agent, builder, designer, or architect who needs help with their marketing, simply refer them to us and have them mention your name.
Close: We'll meet with your referral and, if they sign a contract for a project or ongoing service, it's a successful referral!
Get Rewarded: We'll send you a cash bonus as a thank you once their first payment is received.

Payout Structure & Payouts
We've designed our rewards to fit the value of the project.

For projects valued at $2,000 or more, you will receive a $250 cash bonus.
For smaller projects valued between $500 and $1,999, you will receive a $50 cash bonus.
For projects under $500.00, you wil receive a $25 cash bonus.

Terms & Conditions

Who Can Refer? This program is open to anyone past clients, current clients, and professional connections.
Qualified Referral: A qualified referral is a new client who signs a contract for a project or service valued at $500 or more.
Payment: The cash bonus will be paid to you via a method of your choosing (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, check) within 15 days of the new client's first payment clearing.
Attribution: The new client must mention your name as the referrer during their initial contact with West Avenue Marketing. Referrals cannot be made retroactively after the contract has been signed.
One-Time Payout: The payout is a one-time bonus for the initial contract signed by the new client.
